Guest access The flat and balcony are at the complete disposal of guests, as is private parking for one car on the property. The swimming pool, garden and dock are shared with the other guests and owners. Other things to note 1. SELF CHECK-IN 🔐 Thanks to our self check-in procedure, you can access the apartment independently at any time after 3:00 PM. No waiting, no restrictions. 📋 Mandatory registration: In accordance with Italian law (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.), we are required to register all guests for security reasons. As there is no physical reception, you will be asked to complete the online check-in before arrival, by providing: - Upload of a valid identity document - A selfie to verify the match between the person and the document ℹ️ Privacy and data protection guaranteed: The procedure is completely secure and complies with data protection regulations. Documents are automatically deleted from the system immediately after approval and are not stored. ⚠️ We cannot host guests who do not provide a valid identity document. 2. MINORS 🔞 Minors may only stay if accompanied by their parents or by an adult with written authorization and a copy of the parents' identity documents. 3.
