Journey up to brest 15mn Very easy walking distance. You'll love my place because of the brightness and the fully equipped kitchen. The house is new and very functional. My place is good for couples, couples of friends and families (with kids). A 25 m2 terrace facing south The space A very nice terrace facing south of 25 m2 accessible by the kitchen and the living room with garden furniture and a dining table. 2 minutes walk from the pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, intermarket, tobacco bar, bus stop... less than 10 minutes' walk from the train station (1-minute drive), Rue de la Fontaine Blanche, EDOUARD LECLERC exhibition... 10 min walk to the inhabited bridge... You can do anything by foot from the house: go to brest: because the train station is very close (10-15 min by train to Brest approximately). There are private parking spaces right in front of the house, and street space as well. Other things to note Atypical and new house: the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living rooms upstairs. This brings great brightness to the south-facing living rooms, and overlooking a 25 m2 terrace with garden furniture. The deposit is not cashed if the house is returned as it was on arrival (cleaning, storage)
