The room is in a very special old historical house called Vikinghaug. The room has views to the fjord,. Vikinghaug is placed on the top of the hill with a view to the fjord, lake, watherfalls and glacier. Only 20 minutes drive to the start point of the hike to Trolltunga. Perfect stay for two people wanting to explore the beautiful nature in Hardanger. You are just in the middle of to national parks. The space Vikinghaug is an historical building placed on the top of the hill "Hovden". From Vikinghaug you can just put on your hiking shoes and explore the mountains, waterfalls, glacier (Buer) or trips on the fjord visiting apple farms and tasting the local cider. From Vikinghaug its also nice to walk along the river down to Odda center where you will find what you need: supermarkets, bakery and restaurants.
