Druids Cottage is a deceptively spacious property situated in the pretty village of Cheslyn Hay, in between Cannock and Walsall. good access to the A5, M6 and M6 Toll road. Druids Cottage is situated within a minutes drive of the A5, and just 5 minutes from Cannock town centre. Within easy reach of the winvic construction site, the M6 and M6 Toll road. Sleeping up to 4 guests. This property has all your home from comforts, including a coffee maker and dishwasher in the fully equipped kitchen. There is even a private rear Arden to relax in (weather permitting). Parking is on street. The space As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to pay a £100 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to our guests within 14 days of departure from the property providing our terms and conditions have not been broken. We hope that you can understand the necessity of this for insurance purposes. Deceptively spacious 2 bedroom house, decorated to give a homely and welcoming feel from the moment you enter. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave kettle toaster, coffee maker, oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a large private garden to the rear with furniture for our guests to enjoy. Upstairs are 2 good sized bedrooms sleeping up to 4 guests and a large bathroom with a bath and seperate shower cubicle. Living space downstairs, has a lounge area to the front and a large dining room in the middle of the property wit the kitchen to the rear. The property is located on the edge of Cheslyn hay within a 5 minute drive of Cannock, the A5, m6 and M6 Toll road as well as close to the Winvic construction site for the West Midlands interchange. Important Information – Please Read Before Your Stay We take great pride in our properties and are committed to maintaining them to the highest standard for all our guests to enjoy. As part of our booking process, your booking confirmation email contains a secure link where the lead booker will be asked to: Electronically sign our Terms & Conditions. Upload a photo of their driving licence (or other requested ID). Provide card details for a £250 security deposit pre-authorisation. The security deposit is not charged to your card. It is simply a temporary pre-authorisation placed 48 hours before your arrival and is automatically released 5 days after your departure, provided no intentional damage has occurred, no unauthorised guests have stayed at the property, and the Terms & Conditions have been complied with. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Your personal information is securely stored, used solely for internal purposes, and is never shared with third parties. House Rules To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules: Electric Vehicle Charging – Charging electric vehicles from the property's electricity supply is strictly prohibited. If this rule is breached, we reserve the right to require guests to vacate the property immediately. Registered Guests Only – The property is for the sole use of the guests included in the booking. No additional guests or visitors are permitted without our prior written approval. Heating & Energy Usage – We kindly ask guests to be considerate of rising energy costs by: Not leaving the heating on when windows or doors are open. Turning the heating down or off when leaving the property. Switching off lights and electrical appliances when they are not in use. No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. No Parties or Events – Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Guests Bringing Dogs We are pleased to welcome well-behaved dogs, subject to the following conditions: A £250 security deposit applies to bookings with dogs. Dogs must be fully house-trained. Owners must clean up all dog waste immediately and dispose of it in the appropriate outdoor wheelie bin. Dogs are not permitted on sofas, chairs or beds. Dogs must never be left unattended in the property. Guests are responsible for ensuring their dogs do not cause excessive noise or disturbance to neighbouring properties.
