Cottage Guest House Extended Stay, entire house

Private Cozy Cottage with full kitchen, bathroom, W/D in unit, living area, fenced in back porch & grill. Cottage is in city of Lufkin and close to shopping, dinning, medical facilities and churches. Great location close enough to everything. This is a separate Guest House on same property with our home. You have complete privacy. If you need dates that are blocked, or shorter stays please ask. We block dates for repeat Guest, Family, Friends. The space Guest house (large Tiny house) Ask about short term if we have vacancy between extended stay bookings. Cottage is 500 Sq Ft of living area. Ground level, no steps. 36”doors for easy mobility. It has bed room with Queen Bed &TV. 2 closets. There are several internet plugs for High Speed Internet, also WIFI, Alexa, computer desk, recliner, regular size sofa bed couch with separate TV. Lots of lighting, Lots of windows and French Doors. Large Bath 32” door (no Tub) Nice Shower and vanity, with hair dryer, stack washer & dryer for laundry. Linens included, large kitchen with Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Toaster, mixer, crock pot and many other necessities, kitchen utensils. Ceiling fans in all rooms. tile floors. 9 foot ceilings. There is a Minimum $200.00 additional fee, IF we allow you to have a dog, to cover extra allergy sanitation of the air system. No other animals allowed. Absolutely no smoking. We expect you to leave the Cottage Clean, to avoid additional cleaning fees. our cleaning fee is for sanitation only. The day you leave, put some laundry on to wash early, then put in dryer. Then place rest of laundry into the washer and start washer. ALL TRASH must be in trash bags and trash pick up is on Tuesday. Guest access All areas of the Cottage are easily accessible, including parking, porch and yard space. All on ground level. No steps. All doors are 36”, except bath is 32” door. Key or key code given near arrival time. House instruction guides are inside on desk and wall. Also found in check in instructions on this site. there is additional fee if you bring dog. You must obtain permission to bring dog. No smoking allowed. If you chose to use security alarm a access code can be assigned to you. Other things to note Absolutely non- tobacco. Guest & visitors, only. We do not allow tobacco odor even on clothing when in the cottage. Absolutely no animals with out prior expressed approval and a min $60.00 pet Extra sanitation charge. Plus Pet must be added as an additional guest fee for $6.00 per day, with a Max fee of $200.00 for extended stay Guest. Only animals allowed would be non-aggressive nature type dogs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kenneled when left in cottage alone, when an approved dog is allowed. Absolutely no cats. Guest must Email or text pictures of your dog, along with breed, size, gender, hair length, behavior patterns to us for approval. House broke only may apply. Pet must be caged when Guest are not in Cottage. We must receive at least two picture views of dog before booking. No pets allowed on furniture!!!!!
