The villa is available for rent for holidays, business trips, telecommuting, and various meetings and celebrations, as there are dining places for approx. 20-30 people/table setting, if the terrace and balcony are available for the weather, there is even more space, even if the rain surprises. There are accommodations for 12 people in the main building in the winter, and in the courtyard buildings and the log cabin from spring to autumn for a total of about 20 people - let us know how many you need! The space In addition to the villa, there is a beach sauna, a round log cabin for 4 people, and a small cabin for 2. Guest access Available to tenants for an additional fee: HOT TUB from €100/day, linen + towels (€20 + €5/set) and separate yard buildings: beach sauna, round log cabin, small cottage, weather permitting (spring/summer/autumn) - book separately (from €100/day). Pets 20 €/day/animal. Other things to note The property has an air heat pump for cooling in the heat and as an additional heat source in winter, in addition to underfloor heating and a fireplace-baking oven.
