Varied continental breakfast from 7-9:30am The space 2 large rooms available, one with en-suite and 2 single beds. Second bedroom with two small double beds. 1 travel cot available. Ideal for families when both rooms able to use ensuite of Bedroom 1. For couples preferring double beds, Bedroom 2 may be booked if Bedroom 1 is vacant (using ensuite Bedroom 1). Both rooms include tea, coffee making, bottled water and hair dryer. Small guest lounge with TV and fridge Guest access Parking is near the front door. Where Monica will greet you, enter through the front door to hallway, and you will see the staircase directly in front of you. Turn right at the top, and you will find the guest rooms at the end of the landing on the first floor. During your stay Guests will be given my contact details on arrival, I would mostly be at home during their stay, and available to assist should the need occur. Whilst my guests are here it is my pleasure to give them an enjoyable stay and help in any way I can. Other things to note B&B Farmhouse is seperate from the working farm, with a seasonal farm shop and cafe available. Dorset has some of the best beaches in the country of which there six within easy reach. The renowned Thomas Hardy's cottage is approximately 11 miles. Monkey World and The Tank Museum are under 10mls. There are a vast variety of things to see and do ,from kids fun to intellectual history. Bournemouth InternationalTheatre 23 miles.
