Note on romantic packages & personalized extras: Our romantic packages can be lovingly customized depending on the occasion. Personalized elements such as number balloons, initials, special colors, event details or additional decorations are possible subject to availability. Please note: Personalized extras will only be arranged on a binding basis after payment has been received. In order for us to order and prepare these in time, we need the booking and payment of the desired package at least 2 business days before arrival. In the case of last-minute bookings or late payment, we will of course still prepare the package as nicely as possible, but we cannot guarantee personalized special requests.
