Quiet apartment in the countryside – perfect for those who want to combine culture and nature. Weimar (20 min.), Erfurt (30 min.) and Jena (45 min.) are within easy reach. Park at the house in one of the 4 private parking spaces (if free) or in the village according to the StVO [Road Traffic Act]. Comfortable box spring bed, well-equipped Miele kitchen, sofa bed for 1–2 more people in the eat-in kitchen. We live and work in the same house with a coaching practice & fountain construction. I am the only contact person, I am Theresia The space Access to the apartment is directly from the street through the entrance to the main house. After four steps, the door to the apartment is on the right – of course lockable and exclusively for private use. When entering the apartment, a small hallway opens up from which all rooms can be reached. On the left is the cozy bedroom with a large box spring bed and a spacious wardrobe. Straight ahead is the bathroom with shower. On the right, the path leads into the central living and kitchen area – an open space -> Here there is a fully equipped Miele kitchen, a dining area and a sofa bed, which can be used as a comfortable seat or as an additional sleeping space for up to two people. It should be mentioned again here: The apartment is ideal for two people, as it offers plenty of space and retreat options with a separate bedroom and open living area. For an occupancy of more than two people, the sofa bed in the living area is used, which means that this room also serves as a sleeping area. The courtyard and garden area is part of the private property and is not part of the apartment, so it is not available to share. Of course, the courtyard can be used to enter the apartment, especially if someone wants to make the way easier. Basically, however, we prefer access via the street. This makes a relaxed arrival and departure possible.
