Kitchen: Equipped with oven/microwave combi, hob and fridge freezer. Perfect for preparing simple meals. Coffee - instant regular and de caffeinated and ground, various teas including local herbal teas, muesli, cereal and milk, biscuits, sugar, cling film, foil, washing up liquid, cleaning materials will be provided. Living Area: light-filled, comfy sofa. Books, board games and cards. Large TV with plenty of channels. Welcome drink and snack. Dining area: table for four and separate working area. Superfast Wi-Fi. Large separate bedroom: plenty of storage, luggage stand, white cotton sheets and extra blankets. Iron and ironing board. Guest access Please feel happy to walk around grounds, but keep dogs on leads near the sheep. There is an abundance of wildlife to be seen (binoculars are provided) Our dog, Lily, a border terrier may give you an enthusiastic welcome but she is very friendly and loves attention. Other things to note One small well behaved dog by prior arrangement. The dog should not be left for any length of time and must be trained. There is a charge of £34 per stay. Treats will be provided!
