A tourism contract, written in Italian, must be signed upon arrival, and a deposit of 100 euros is required, refundable within 7 days of check-out, subject to damage assessment. Guests are required to sort and dispose of waste properly, with penalties applied for non-compliance. Bed linen is changed every 7 days, and bathroom linen every 2 days. It is mandatory to leave the stove and cutlery clean, with penalties for non-compliance. The tourist tax, where applicable, is not included in the price and will be applied according to municipal regulations. Other things to note - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of €50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival, you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian. - The tourist tax, where applicable, is not included in the price and will be applied according to municipal regulations. - Change of bed linen is provided every 7 days, and bathroom linen every 2 days. - Breakfast is included from 07:00 to 10:00. - It is mandatory to sort and dispose of waste. Failure to do so will incur a penalty fee of €80 for up to 10 kg of waste, plus €50 for each additional kg. - It is mandatory to leave the stove and cutlery clean, as this service is not included in the price of final cleaning. Failure to comply will result in a penalty fee of €40. - A deposit of €100 is required upon arrival, payable by credit card, cash, or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to receipt of the damage.
