Some of the largest Chinook on the West Coast can be caught here along with other salmon species, Halibut and Dungeness crab right in the basin All this and still only a comfortable drive to Canada's finest west coast city, Victoria. You will see eagles, swans, otters, seals, and large numbers of migrating waterfowl all from the large deck as you enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee. The private dock provides you with your own moorage so you have the option to fish, crab, kayak, scuba dive or just sit and reflect on the wildlife going by.
