The space What to expect: Independent house of 50 m² with private entrance • 1 bedroom with electrically adjustable double bed (remote control) • Living room with comfortable convertible sofa on the ground floor • Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, fridge, coffee maker, full dishes • Bathroom with shower, washing machine, separate toilet • Small private and enclosed courtyard with garden furniture (table, chairs and two sunbeds) Barbecue available on request (charcoal not included) • 2 free private parking spots • For your safety and peace of mind, a few cameras are installed outside of the property. 🤫 We also guarantee total discretion and anonymity during your stay. ❗️The house has an open design interior staircase, with no classic ramp. Other things to note 🇫🇷 House Rules/ Instructions House & Safety • Please turn off the heater and electrical appliances when leaving the house. • Do not leave windows or doors open unsupervised. To close the doors, turn the doorknob up and the door will close easily. • No smoking inside. You can smoke outside; an ashtray is available for your use. • Children must be under the supervision of parents at all times. Cleanliness & Organization • Take off your shoes on the ground floor, especially on the natural wood flooring. • Please take out the garbage before your departure and sort them if instructions are provided. • Remove the bed linen and towels before you leave • After using the kitchen, put away your dishes and utensils. Energy & Resources • Turn off the lights, heating, and air conditioning when leaving the house. • Please use water and energy responsibly. Behavior • Respect the neighbors: Avoid noise after 10pm. • Pets: only allowed if agreed in advance; please follow the rules for their stay. • Report any damage or malfunctions immediately. Check-out • Check that all doors are closed, the heater is turned off, and the garbage cans are taken out. • Make sure the keys are put back in the box and that the box is securely closed. Departure • Make sure all doors are closed, heating is turned off, and trash is removed. • Ensure keys are returned to the key box and the box is closed.
