Enjoy a peaceful stay in our studio at the foot of Mont Canigò ⛰️ Quiet and bright, we are located a 3-minute walk from downtown, restaurants and shops. The SNCF train station and bus station are 100 meters away, ideal for visiting this beautiful Conflent 🏞️ - bicycle storage room The space 🍳 Equipped kitchen Everything you need to cook like at home: microwave, top fridge, induction hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and kettle. Basic products are included (salt, pepper, sugar...) Dining room 🍽️ Dining table, TV with basic channels included and Wi-Fi. Night area 🌘 A cozy sleeping area with a firm double bed 140 x 190 cm. A storage cabinet is available for your belongings. Sheets are included. Bathroom 🚿 Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and washing machine. We provide: bath towel, toilet paper, laundry capsule and hairdryer. Small + 🥰 We provide you with a travel cot for your children to sleep in 👧🏻 As well as portable air conditioning to fight the beautiful sun at home ☀️🌈 Guest access It's a big house where we live upstairs. The studio is on the ground floor. So we have a common entrance, where you can store bicycles if needed. For parking, there are free spaces on the avenue and free parking 100 meters away. Other things to note This is a non-smoking property 🚬 Our four-legged friends are not welcome. 🐶 Pradéens and Catalan, feel free to ask us if you have any questions about the city or the Conflent. In particular, there are many hikes, each more beautiful than the last ☀️🦋 We take care of the maintenance of the studio between and for each guest, however we ask for your good manners to leave the place in good condition 🧹
