Cosy double room in Derbyshire Home

Cosy double room in a peaceful semi-rural Derbyshire home, shared with my friendly black cat Piccolo who loves people. I keep my home clean and tidy, with a brand-new stylish shower room and a fully equipped kitchen which your welcome to use. Super-comfy bed, easy access to the M1 and the beautiful Peak District. Women and couples only. The house is a work in progress as I am renovating, so if you don’t mind a more rustic look it’s perfect for you . The space It’s a 3 bedroom Victorian villa set in the Derbyshire countryside. It is on a main road but your bedroom is situated in the back. The bedroom looks out on to fields with the train line in the distance, so you can sometimes hear the trains passing. There’s a horse in the field at the bottom of the garden and you can sometimes hear him first thing in the morning waiting for his breakfast. I have a little black 12 year old cat, he loves people and given the chance will sleep with you. Guest access Guest access is via the front door, you will have a key so that you can come and go as you please. Whilst I don’t have a curfew as such I do ask that you respect that I’m usually in bed by 10pm most nights. If you do have to stay out later that’s not a problem but just give me some prior warning. I have a ring door bell. During your stay I work from home most of the time and my room is situated on the front of the house. I work as a wig maker. I’m more than happy to let you go about your business and won’t interfere. Other things to note I don’t have a TV. There is no lounge area at the moment due to renovations. You have full use of the kitchen, including washing machine and dryer facilities. You’re welcome to use the fridge and all the cooking facilities in the kitchen. My cat is an indoor outdoor cat and is locked in at night time so he has a litter tray.
