The property boasts a spacious lounge, tastefully decorated with ample seating for all guests who can benefit from the Smart TV and complimentary superfast WiFi. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs seating 6 guests and the addition of a football table for guests to enjoy as well! You'll find additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The large kitchen will meet all of your needs with everything you need to enjoy your stay in comfort. With the addition of a dishwasher and washer/dryer to make things just that little bit easier for your trip. Upstairs, you will find 4 beautifully decorated rooms comprising of 1 double, 1 king and 2 twins. The king and singles are zip and link beds so these can be made up to meet your needs - just let us know how you need them at least 48 hours prior to arrival! You'll find a main bathroom on the upper floor with bath and shower facilities and an additional shower room too. The garden area is a great spot to relax after a busy day where guests can also find some seating to make the most of the space.
