Guest access While staying at Mauli Retreat, 🛎️ Check-In & Check-Out 🛎️ Caretaker will be available at property to help you in check in & check out. 🚶Areas accessible 🚶 As a guest you can access entire property except vegetable garden. Our property is fully private no other guest allowed while your stay - Enjoy your time with full privacy ✨ ⚠️ Do Not Trespass ⚠️ Please do not trespass into the private areas of any other properties. There are CCTVs set up across the gated community in other properties and trespassing will lead to issues. Drinking or smoking in any area other than the our villa premises is strictly prohibited. I want you to have the perfect stay while respecting our community guidelines! Other things to note 🏡 Mauli Retreat - House Rules & Important Informations Check-in and Check-out 🛎️ Check-In : 12 pm to 5 pm Check-Out : 10 am to 3 pm - Early check-in and late check-out will be provided depending on availability for an extra minimal charges - Couple booking is allowed with valid Identity proof of both ( valid age 21 accepted of both) - Guest are requested to carry Id proof of both adult and kids during check in process it will be collected and returned back while check out Pool Hours & Rules 🏊 - Open all time, please make sure it is completely guest's responsibility at late night while swimming in pool - Our caretaker will do Pool Maintenance for half hour at early morning - No drinking or smoking or any sharp objects to carry inside the pool as it damages the water - Small kids should be under guardians guidance while entering in pool - Rain dance will be operated by caretaker only, please do not touch any buttons nearby pool for safety purpose. - Rain dance will be in operation in between throughout day. No continuous operation allowed - We have pool changing room attached outdoor, please use it for hygiene purpose. Do not drain/wet inside rooms after getting outside pool, as it will damage our linens and mattresses. - Caretaker is not responsible for cleaning if rooms get dirty please follow the rules of using pool changing room - Pool changing room has shower facility 🅿️ Parking Information 🚗 - Parking is available at the parking space outside gate in, do not park inside gate we have lawn grass which might get damage Pet Policy 🐕🐈 - Pets are allowed at the property under owners supervision - Not allowed inside pool and on bedsheet and mattress for hygiene purpose - carry your pets blanket or other accessories for better convenient Have fun with your furry ones 🐾 🚬 Smoking & Alcohol Policy 🍻 Smoking and drinking are both allowed only inside the property. Please note the following rules: - Smoking allowed outdoor, do not smoke inside rooms. We have designated space outside to chill - You can sit on terrace for drinking our caretaker will help you to set the table (except during rains) - Ensure you do not create a mess at the property or nearby area - Smoking & drinking are not allowed outside property, causing problems, damages, or disrespecting staff or neighbours after drinking will not be tolerated, you may be asked to leave immediately - Please throw ash, cigarette buds, and alcohol bottles in the dustbins Parties and Events 👯🎙️ - Parties and events are possible at the property but only after obtaining prior approval/permission and paying any charges or deposits that may be applicable Visitor Policy 👥 - Visitors beyond the number of guests mentioned when booking are not allowed inside the gated community - A Special permission may be provided at my discretion for allowing visitors - Visitors are not allowed overnight - Extra charge may be liable for visitors Noise Restrictions 🔊 - As such, there are no noise restrictions; however, if our caretaker asks you to keep the volume reasonable after 11 PM please cooperate (This is a rare situation) Ensuring Security 🔒 - To ensure security please close the doors and windows when you go out or are not awake - Don't leave any valuables unattended - Please report any suspicious activity to us as soon as possible - While check in keys will be handover to guest any loss or damage of guest's valuable item , property will not be responsible. - Property main gate gets locked after 10 pm at night for guest's safety purpose, if you want to bring anything from outside make sure to go before that time. - Caretaker will be there on property but they have their own separate place to stay, don't hesitate for help just call them whenever you want Damages & Fines 💰 - 🏠 Expect guests to take care of the property as their own. However, I have had experiences where guests didn't do so - Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them or their guests - (Please report any damages to the property as soon as possible - In case of any damages or loss of items, a fine will be applicable. - Booking person original Id card will be collected during check in.
