Guest access **Guest access ** You have the entire home: the private movie room on the top floor, the two themed bedrooms, the large living room, the kitchen and the two shower rooms. No space is shared; you are at home from the beginning to the end of the stay. Access is completely autonomous 24 hours a day thanks to a code lock: you receive the code before your arrival and enter at a time that suits you, even late at night. No key handover, no schedule constraints. Home automation allows you to easily control the lights and ambiances of the accommodation. Everything is explained upon your arrival in the guide provided. I remain available by message throughout your stay if you have any questions. Other things to note The accommodation is an atypical place designed for families and groups of friends who come to share a moment together — a birthday, bachelorette party, bachelor party, or simply an extraordinary weekend. Parties and noisy evenings are not allowed, out of respect for the neighborhood: please keep the volume down, especially in the movie room in the evening. The equipment in the movie room (4K video projector, Bose sound system, mood lighting) is fragile and expensive. Simple operating instructions are available on site: please follow them and do not change the settings or connections. Home automation controls the lights and ambiances of the accommodation. Everything is explained in the welcome guide — please let me know if something is not clear. The accommodation is non-smoking, including for electronic cigarettes. Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as a starter kit (toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods) to help you out upon arrival. Please leave the accommodation in good condition when you check out: dishes washed or placed in the dishwasher, trash taken out. Of course, we take care of all cleaning.
