Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire house, the garden, and the driveway. The property features its own private entrance, allowing you to check in and come and go with ease and complete privacy. Other things to note Damage Protection & Guest Verification We use SuiteOp, a trusted third-party platform, for guest verification and damage protection. All guests are required to complete this simple process before check-in, which includes: ID verification We kindly ask guests to complete damage protection by selecting one of the following options: (Your choice of either a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver) A refundable security deposit of £250, returned after your stay (subject to no damage being reported), or A non-refundable damage waiver of £60, which covers up to £500 in accidental damage. You’ll receive a secure payment link shortly to complete your chosen option ahead of your arrival.
