Anna's Unique Stone House with Pergola & Garden

Anna's Stone House is an authentic traditional stone house. It was built in 1900 and completely renovated in 2017 with a lot of love and care. The house is ideal for couples, families and nature lovers. It has a large private garden with trees, flowers and aromatic plants of Crete. In the garden, there is a pergola where you can relax while enjoying the sun! The space The house was originally used as an olive oil factory, but then my grandfather turned it into a guest house which was the first house rented for tourist purposes in our village, Aptera. It consists of 2 bedrooms which are located in the open space, a fully equipped kitchen which includes dishes and cooking facilities, towels, sheets and a private bathroom with shower. The main area includes the living room, TV, library and stove. At the back of the house there is a large independent garden with a pergola where you can enjoy the sun and the quiet summer nights. Guest access In the garden there are some trees such as orange trees, fig trees, almond trees, prickly pears, bergamot trees, a large olive tree and an apple tree, as well as genuine Cretan herbs. Other things to note Clean sheets and towels are in the house. We provide you with new ones, if you wish, free of charge during your stay.
