You’ll also have shared access to the following areas of the house: • A cozy sunroom • A spacious living room • A dining area • A fully equipped kitchen • A balcony, accessible from all rooms The home has three guest rooms in total, so you may be sharing common areas with up to four other guests. We ask all guests to be respectful of others, especially in shared spaces. Please: • Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and dining areas • Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM • Be mindful of shared use of the balcony and sunroom Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and solar-powered lights are installed in all rooms to ensure comfort during power outages.
