The area is excellent, only 750 metres from the beach, where you can find different leisure and nautical activities. Less than 6km away is the Western Water Park, Katmandu and Pirates, fantastic places to enjoy with the whole family or friends. Also, at night, you have the option of strolling along the promenade of Santa Ponsa, this is the touristic centre of the island par excellence, combining its beautiful beaches, restaurants and its famous bar and party area. This house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and common areas. It does not have heating although the air conditioners have a heat pump for the winter. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,00€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax. Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest. Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected.
