This detached thatched cottage, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is for you if you want to enjoy the Normandy coast without the downsides of city centers (noise pollution, overcrowding, parking issues, etc.). Just a few kilometers from the beaches, Honfleur and Deauville, you will find yourself in a rural setting. 🧹 The thatched roof creates a living natural environment where birds and insects coexist. Despite thorough cleaning, it is possible to occasionally notice the presence of visitors, such as small spiders on the ceilings. This common occurrence does not reflect a lack of thoroughness in the maintenance of the premises. The accommodation, quietly located along a small road with little traffic, is arranged over two levels: 1. Ground floor: • A 9 m² bedroom with 2 Simmons® 90x200 cm single beds and blackout blinds; • A living and dining room of 32 m² (55" 4K TV, sofas, armchairs); • A fully equipped kitchen (crockery/cutlery set, stove and cooking utensils, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine + Italian-style coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, drying rack). • Bathroom (toilet, bathtub, sink, 6 kg washing machine, hairdryer). 2. Upstairs, via a steep and narrow spiral staircase, two railroad-style spaces: • An attic bedroom of 14 m² with 1 Simmons® double bed 160 x 200 cm, 1 desk, blackout blinds; • A large 8 m² walk-in closet (hangers, full-length mirror, portable fans, iron and ironing board), where a baby high chair and a travel crib with a mattress without sheets or a duvet are also available for your use. 3. The south-facing garden and terrace at the front of the house are not overlooked and overlook a plain, making them ideal for enjoying a family meal under the umbrella. At the back of the house, there is a tiled courtyard with an outdoor lounge area and two deckchairs. For the safety of your children and dogs, the entire property is completely enclosed with fencing. Each window in the house has a blackout blind. The beds are made upon arrival.
