Nestled in the heart of the forest of the Aigoual Massif, this newly renovated family chalet exudes tranquility and serenity. Three bedrooms (including one for children), each like a cozy nest, a terrace for breakfasts in the sun, and a seating area under the trees. An intimate retreat where every detail is crafted for comfort and the good life. Here, we slow down, we breathe, we savor. A 5-minute walk from the village shops. The space There are 2 outdoor parking spaces. You access a terrace and enter through a bay window into the living room, with a dining area and lounge with fireplace on the left, the fully equipped kitchen on the right, and the shower room with toilet at the back, opposite. Behind the living room are two bedrooms with double beds, one 140 cm wide and the other 160 cm wide. Behind the kitchen is a children's bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm wide. We can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults in the chalet, or 6 guests in total if there is at least 1 child. Thank you for following this rule. Sheets and table linens are provided. You have to bring your own towels. We can provide them for you at a cost of €4 per person. Baby equipment can be provided on request. A garage accessible to guests with outdoor furniture available and a table + electric barbecue. A relaxation area under the trees at the rear of the chalet, complemented by an outdoor dining area. You can take your time to watch the birds that come to eat the seeds and other food provided for them. The grassy area under the terrace is home to several species of plants and insects. It is deliberately left untended out of respect for biodiversity. Please take care of it during your stay. Guest access The management of the property is entrusted to the Aigoual concierge. You will enter the chalet independently, they will send you the key box code by message before you check in. An exit inventory will be carried out in your presence at the time of departure. The chalet and the surrounding land is of course entirely private. This home is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
