Our homestay guest room is perfect for an overnight stay or a relaxing getaway in Lorraine! Our charming, renovated 1900s house is located in Blainville-sur-l'Eau. We live on site. We are a welcoming family who will do everything necessary to make your stay peaceful. The space The suite consists of a large bedroom, bathroom, sauna and private toilet for a stay marked by comfort and relaxation. You will find: > Double bed 140x200 with quality bedding (sheets and towels provided) > Dining area for your breakfasts (included) > Private bathroom with Italian shower and a large bathtub > Sauna with volcanic stones for an absolute relaxation > Closet and generous storage space The Terracotta suite is a real homestay guest room! We are not tourism professionals or a hotel establishment. 🛌 But we are committed to welcoming you in the authentic spirit of traditional bed and breakfasts, sharing our family home with simplicity, friendliness, and care. 🌝 🏊‍♀️⚠️ Regarding the pool, here is some important information: > It is accessible from May to September, depending on the weather, until 8 PM. > It is heated, between 26 and 28°C. The water level is 1 m 60, with no "submerged beach". Its use is under the full responsibility of the users. > Beach towels are not provided. > The pool is a space shared between our family and the guests staying in our bed and breakfast. > In order to preserve the spirit of our hospitality and the tranquility of the premises, we do not accept requests for access to the pool without accommodation, nor requests for private use for the day. > Only people mentioned in the reservation are allowed access to the property and amenities. Outside visitors are not allowed. ✅ The little pluss: > Secure parking in the courtyard (covered garage possible for motorcycles and bicycles) > Unlimited hot drinks available in the room > Access to the garden with a dining area for your relaxing moments on sunny days > Fiber Wi-Fi available for your use and a Smart TV. 👶 Family-friendly welcome > Maximum capacity is 2 adults and 1 baby. To make your stay easier, we provide several pieces of baby equipment free of charge: baby bed, high chair, changing table and childcare equipment, subject to availability. 🏡 Access to the suite The guest room does not have a separate entrance. Access is through the main door of our house. However, you will have a personal key to freely access your suite and secure it for the duration of your stay. 💬 To discover nearby Within walking distance, you will find all the essential shops: bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, newsstand, and local services. Nature and leisure enthusiasts can enjoy many activities: walks along the Meurthe, canoeing, horseback riding, tennis, pump track, playgrounds, and hiking trails. Thanks to the quick access to the highway, Nancy can be reached in about 25 minutes and Lunéville in just 15 minutes. Here, friendliness and comfort reign. We live on site with our family and ask our guests to be quiet after 10 p.m. Check-in is possible between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m., and check-out no later than 11 a.m. Breakfast can be served from 7:30 a.m. We are available to answer any questions you may have and help you prepare for your stay in the best possible way.
