Shared areas with gazebos, tables, chairs, sunbeds, sunshades, hammocks are at our customers' disposal for a relaxing holiday. A wood-fired oven is available with the help of a pizza chef. The house has automated central heating and is an ideal setting for a pleasant holiday not only in summer but also in winter. Shops and bus stop at approx. 50 m and the descent to the sea at approx. 750 m. trains for Pompeii and Naples at 450 m. Typology This private complex is approached by a small lane (there are other separate apartments in the grounds). This property of 160 sq. metres, built on two levels, comprises: - Ground floor: Dining room with TV, table, chairs, Espresso pod machine and kettle; Professional kitchen with 5-burner stove, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer; Half bathroom with sink and toilet; 1st bedroom with double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. This room is accessible from another entrance. External area with table and chairs. - First floor: 2nd bedroom with double bed, single bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with shower; 3rd bedroom with double bed, single bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. A lift is also available to reach the first floor. From another entrance, you enter the other part of the two-story house which is composed of: - Ground floor: living room with kitchen, dining table, chairs, couch, TV, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, kettle; external area with table and chairs. - First floor: 4th bedroom with double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with shower; 5th bedroom with double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. Sleeps 12. The villa manager, who acts as host and housekeeper lives in a separate area. This is to guarantee complete assistance to guests, in total respect of your privacy.
