Share breakfast on the veranda, wander pastures to greet the animals (from signed viewing areas), and watch golden sunsets ripple across the dam. You’re close to the High Country’s best day trips, yet blissfully removed from the rush. The space (sleeping & layout) Bedrooms (4): • Bedrooms 1 to 3 — Queen beds (3 total) • Bedroom 4 — King bed (1), Sofa bed (1) Extra bedding: Sofa bed in Bedrooms 4 (sleeps 2) + Queen air mattress available on request Bathrooms: 2 toilets and 1 shower Guest access You’ll have full, private access to the house and immediate surrounds, with plenty of open space around the homestead. (Some paddocks may be gated for animal safety; please keep gates as you found them.) Farm notes & safety Children must be supervised near the dam and around animals. This property uses rainwater and a septic system — please use water thoughtfully and only flush toilet paper (no wipes/tampons). Expect friendly wildlife and true country quiet.
