Villa Grannes Seiland

Large single-family home from 1986, used as a holiday home by our family. The property is located in Rognsund on Seiland in Alta municipality. Sailand is one of the three major islands in Finnmark, with Stjernøya on the left and Sørøya straight out to the big sea. The home has a fantastic location summer and winter, with midnight sun summer time, and amazing spectacle with the mountains, and the Northern Lights can play autumn and winter time. Here you have fjord fishing, hunting terrain, trout fishing and Seiland National Park in the immediate vicinity. The space Villa Neighbourhood is located on Seiland in the middle of between Hakkstabben and Altneset, a stretch of road of about 7 km. on the site of Neighbourhood. Grannes is located on a nose with stunning views of the fjord and mountains. The property is completely alone surrounded by unique nature and birds and wildlife and in the middle of fishing fields with sea fishing right outside the door. Here you can for those interested in photography get great motifs of birdlife such as seagull, goose, sea eagle, cormorant, etc. Experience the small victory that boils in the fjord, see elves playing in the sea current, running and seal. From Grannes you can walk into Seiland National Park and experience glaciers like Seilandsjøkelen located 985.9 meters above sea level. Inside the national park there are many great fishing waters, expanses and mountains. From about May 18th to July 27th, you can experience the beautiful spectacle of the midnight sun. The northern lights can be experienced from late September to March. From here, the starting point is many great hikes to the mountains, fresh water and on into the park. Guests must get to the place by skiing or snowshoeing, as there is no winter broken road. Guests have access to 4 bedrooms with double beds, in addition to 1 additional bed, and two cots, bathroom with shower and bathtub and toilet, 2 living rooms, where the loft room has a TV with RiksTV. The main living room is in connection with large kitchen/ all-room dining table for 10-12 pcs. Large kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, tea maker, toaster, etc. In the basement there is a home cinema with 75 ‘’ TV with facilities. Outside there is a barbecue area by the residence, where there is a fire pit and chairs. Stairs possible to boil down by the sea and feather possible. Here you can light a fire and grill sausages while enjoying the spring and can throw with the rod from the mountains.
