LAKE FRONT - Small cottage with a BIG view! Bring your boat and cruise the chain! - spectacular sunrises, visits from ducks, swans, heron's and eagles. Clean, comfortable & cozy inside with a stocked kitchen, full bathroom, 1 bedroom and a family room with a pull out queen sofa. Many hiking trails nearby. 18 miles/30 minutes to The University of Michigan Stadium. The space You will love being so close to the lake! We have two kayaks that you're welcome to use. We also have space on our dock if you plan on bringing a boat or renting a boat. There is a nice side yard with a firepit and we will provide wood for your 1st fire. We love our little cottage and are excited to share it with you. Guest access Entire home and yard. Bedroom closet, nightstands and dresser. Other things to note Dexter Pinckney Road is in front of our place and YOU WILL hear traffic. The waterfront side of the home makes it all worth it! The 2nd bed is in the family room. it is a queen size pull-out sofa bed with a new 4.5" gel-foam mattress. We also own the cottage next door, but it is our own place and we do not rent it. We will ALWAYS respect your privacy. 3 cars max
