Villa Napoléon 100 m² near the center & 24-hour circuit

Villa Napoléon is a 100 m² house in pure 1930s style, completely renovated and modernized in 2016, with garden and garage. On the ground floor, a large living room opens onto a fully equipped and furnished kitchen, with an adjoining 20 m² raised terrace (equipped with a gas barbecue). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (including 1 baby), 1 Italian shower room, and 1 attic with sofa bed. The city center is a 5-minute walk, and the 24 Hours Circuit is a 10-minute drive. The space 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds, and the 3rd with a baby bed and changing table. Each room is equipped with large windows. There is also a double sofa bed in the attic, and even if it is original and the insulation has not been modernized, you can sleep there. There is also a makeshift mattress if you want to switch to "dormitory" mode There is a toilet with sink on each level; a large closet in one of the bedrooms for your clothes. The house is fully equipped and at your disposal: TV and game console, wifi, sound system in the living room, washing machine, dryer, inflatable pool... The kitchen is our playground, with all the coolest equipment including a Thermomix Vorwerk, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, induction cooktop, oven and microwave... a 2nd fridge is in the basement (the house is fully excavated, with laundry space in the basement and access to the garage) The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs for your barbecue evenings, with also a foldable awning to protect you from the sun (or rain, but it's always nice in Le Mans!). 4 deckchairs are also available in the garden!
