Perfect for a free long weekend - The lake house in Drag

Welcome to Sjöstugan, our architect-designed cottage by the sea with private beach and jetty by beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund! On cold days, the moments in cozy clothes in front of the fireplace's fire are incredibly enjoyable. So even the late breakfast overlooking a wintry ocean cove or the card game in the cozy decorated greenhouse while the snowflakes (or raindrops) fall outside. If the ice has settled and the snow remains, the views over the bay are simply magnificent. The space A modern and charming cottage with kitchen, dining area, stove and living room in an open plan with high ceilings. There are six beds, two of which are in a double bed in the sleeping loft (which can be separated into two single beds if desired) and the other four beds are two bunk beds in a separate bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In summer, we rent out weekly to up to 12 people. Then we will open the other cottage on the property, Gammelstugan. The beds are made, hand and bath towels are provided and you don't have to worry about cleaning before you go home again. Crib/pull-out bed and chair for smaller children are provided on request. Please note that the nightly rate is calculated for up to 4 guests. After that, it costs an extra SEK 300 per person and night. This is automatically calculated when you add the number of guests to the reservation. On the plot there is also a greenhouse cozy decorated for socializing and down by the jetty there is outdoor furniture. There is also an open storage room where barbecues, fire basket and wood and more are stored and available. The motorboat that is included in a couple of the pictures will not be available. For your stay with us, there is the possibility to rent a canoe and life jackets. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited in all buildings. Parties or other events are also not allowed.
