The pellet stove is in the huge 150 square foot entrance with tons of hanging hooks and boot dryers. The room can be isolated into a drying room. Guests have full access to the garage where they can store their bike/bike gear, ski equipment or snowmobiles. There is a large backyard patio sitting area with a BBQ and firepit to enjoy and Southside grocery store is conveniently located 1 block away. Guest access Guests will have full complete access to the house and parking area. The only space that is not for guest access is the garden shed in the back yard.
