Accessible by guest from Tue to Fri only, except holidays. Kindly register at the front desk before using the pool. Proper swimwear required ~Free access for first 3 guests, succeeding is P300 per head. 2. Trash collection is 9:00 AM to 12NN and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Please do not leave your trash outside the door. Please wait for the housekeeping. This is subject for a fine as per the building's rules and regulations) 3. No Tampering of Elevators controls. Press only your designated floors. 4. No Smoking/Vaping, a penalty will be incurred for violators. 5. Spa usage is Php300/hr (Paid Separately) Guest access • Check in after 1 PM (No time Limit) • Check out is exactly at 11 am.) •Check out schedule is strictly observed and if you want to check out later than the check out time then you can but only for 2 hours and will be charged ₱1,000. If you exceed 2 hours then you will be charged the daily rate. 🕒 Check-in and check-out times are strictly observed. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request but must be confirmed in advance. Other things to note. 1) Please handle all towels and linens with care. The quantity provided will be based on the guest headcount in your booking. Additional or replacement items will incur a laundry fee. 2). To maintain cleanliness, we recommend a cleaning service for guests staying up to 4 nights. This service is available for a fee of Php 700. 3) Kindly note that complimentary drinking water and coffee are not provided. We have guest kits available and a free dishwashing, body soap and shampoo. 4) All guests and visitors must be registered before arrival. Unregistered individuals will be denied entry by reception in line with building protocol. Unexpected visitors arriving at or after 11:00 PM will incur a charge of ₱300 per person. Check out schedule is strictly observed and if you want to check out later than the check out time then you can but only for 2 hours and will be charged ₱1,000. If you exceed 2 hours then you will be charged the daily rate. Building security is rigorous. All visitors must provide the guards with information, a valid ID, and the unit owners' endorsement. Registration of guests is required in advance of arrival. Each visitor must present identification after the booking has been confirmed; this information will be forwarded to the building security management so they may register the names for convenient check-in process. Please show proper identification when you arrive at the lobby for verification. NOTE: We are online from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to address inquiries and concerns.
