The property of the vineyard has multiple thousand square meters: a large place for cycling and playing for the children, small private garden for Villa Geminiani and Dependance, a biological vegetable garden, BBQ area... the pool (with kiddie pool, 12m x 5m x 1.4m open from the beginning/middle of May to the end of September) is about 80 m away, it is located above the villa of the owner and is surrounded by a 2000 m2 garden property with old olive trees. A large, tiled area in a stunning panorama location surrounds the pool (shower, sun umbrella, changing room and WC), that is only available for the owners and the guests of the Villa Geminiani.
