Terraced house for 8 by the beach in Aldeas de Taray Club, La Manga

The ground floor of the property comprises a large open plan living/dining area with 2 sofas (one a double sofa bed), fireplace, dining table and chairs. This leads on to the spacious terrace with outdoor seating for 8 people and BBQ. There is also a modern kitchen (with dish washer) and bathroom as well as a patio/utility room with washing machine inside the back entrance. Tiled stairs lead to the upstairs landing and the double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, wall-fitted fans for ventilation in summer and one has a small balcony with side views to the old golf course and the sea. The house is situated on the 2nd line to the Mediterranean sea, just about 50 metres from the sandy beach or the pool area. There are 2 large pools with separate childrens' pools and life guards in the summer, set inside a huge, shared garden with many different types of trees, palm trees and flowering plants. There is also a tennis court, 4 restaurants, a cafeteria/ice cream bar/bakery as well as free use of WIFI. The complex, Aldeas de Taray Club, is situated nera the end of the La Manga stip in km 17. It is a very nice, quiet area most of the year. In the summer t gets busy, but there is never a lot of traffic or any disturbing bars or discos. There are plenty of water sports centres, beach bars, supermarkets and a large sports centre and gym nearby. A lovely area for walks along the beach, strolling in the marina (Puerto Tomas Maestre)or enjoying dinner in the sunset on the Mar Menor beach. There is free parking and a bus stop just across the road. La Manga has many little centres worth a visit and Cabo de Palos is the old fishing village at the beginning of the strip. The nearest big town is Cartagena and Murcia, the capital is under an hour away by car.
