The space modern annex with one seperate double bedroom. lounge/dining area with plenty of seating available. kitchenette contains a microwave, fridge, airfryer, slow cooker and 2 ring plug in electric hob. storage room for cases extra bedding etc available. guest are welcome to use washing machine in main house. Guest access there is a small private seating area for guests use but they are welcome to use hosts garden which is large and secure for dogs. Other things to note There is a bus stop at top of road where guests can get to kilkeel (5 mins) and the Newcastle, which is approx 15 minute drive. Here you can find the beach, mountain walks, many lovely restaurants, bars, cafes, gift shops and amusements. given location of property a car would be advised for visiting local tourist attractions/walks etc please note the hosts have small friendly dog on site
