Mountain View Escape 3 Level Outdoor Space Pets OK

There are 2 bedrooms but w/ the pull outs can sleep up to 13. 3 floors of living space & great outdoor spaces. Fully equipped w/ everything from BBQ - toiletries. Pets allowed with $39 fee per pet/night. Situated only 3 miles to town yet feels like you are really in the mountains. The view is gorgeous & serene. Please note: this is a rustic mountain cabin, not a luxury resort. The charm is in the space, views, location — perfect for guests who value room to gather & a true mountain setting. The space The bottom floor has a living area with a pull out futon and a den with another full bunk bed bottom and twin on top. The middle floor has a living room with a pull out sofa and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The top floor has a bedroom with a king bed and a loft with 2 futons already made up to beds and a chair that pulls out to a single bed. There is an outdoor fireplace but during burn bans it is not allowed. There are also 2 fireplaces, firewood is not provided. Guest access Entire house Other things to note Please note that we are in a valley and noise can travel. Although there are immediate neighbors with the windows open in the spring and summer noise can be disruptive throughout the neighborhood. Please refrain from outside noise/gatherings after 10pm. There is an outdoor fireplace but during burn bans it is not allowed. There are also 2 fireplaces but firewood is not provided. It can be purchased in town and sometimes along chumstick hwy. Fires must be COMPLETELY out before departure. Parking is not permitted down below in the carport. That belongs to the neighbor as does the driveway that says no trespassing. Please understand we have exterior cameras for security after the Ring doorbell kept getting ripped off.
