The Brick & Timber's open-concept main floor space acts an exhibit studio for local artists' work and is ready for your creative vision. All rentals include access to this main floor space. Whether hosting a scrapbooking retreat, a gallery walk, corporate strategy offsite, or an intimate group dinner, this space is versatile and will be sure to impress your guests: •900 sqft of open space with room for 30-40 in a sit down arrangement and 60-70 in a cocktail setting, 30+ folding chairs, 4x 6ft long tables, and 6 cocktail tables for your use.
