3 separate bedrooms with doublebed, a big kitchen with dining table and a bigger living room with many seating possibilities. They can be heard during the day.* The space Each bedroom is centrally and individually accessible. The large kitchen is fully equipped. Minimalism is for us not only a furnishing decision, but also a lifestyle. We want you to be able to slow down and switch off in these four walls. A haven of peace for the soul. Guest access We are in a small village called Heinrichsreith, which is close to the border of the Czech Republic. You can even take a walk across the border. Our square farm is equipped with some seating and shady places. Just in front of the entrance is a terrace which invites for long evenings. Our dog Stella and our two cats are always happy to be petted. Other things to note (for groups of 7 or 8 people, the sofa bed in the living room is converted into a sleeping place, which can also be folded up again during the day) The apartment is 110m2. For bookings of 5 people or more, three bedrooms are provided. Should three bedrooms be desired for three people or more, please just let us know. Pets live on the farm and are not allowed in the flat.
