The space 🌴 Things to know before booking The apartment was carefully and completely renovated in April 2026 to offer you a comfortable, modern, and pleasant stay 👍 The Le Lagon Bleu residence is currently undergoing gradual renovation, which will ultimately significantly improve the setting and the amenities. 💫 👉 Depending on the period, this construction work may cause slight noise disturbance during the day, which is generally limited and varies according to the progress of the work. The attractive price of this accommodation takes this context into account, while guaranteeing you an excellent level of comfort inside the apartment. Slight visual or noise disturbances may occur: they are beyond our control, but everything is done to preserve the tranquility of travelers. ----- 🚰 Water Due to a very dilapidated transport and water supply network💧, the municipalities of Grande-Terre — and therefore that of Gosier — experience regular outages, usually once every 2 to 3 days, often between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. ⏰. This is a recurring problem on the island and independent of our accommodation, but everything is organized so that your stay goes smoothly 👍🌴 Drinking water supplies and cans are available upon arrival — just remember to fill them regularly.
