Welcome to our family-owned Kerala home, hosted by a local Christian family and ideal for up to 7 guests. Just 15 minutes from Cochin International Airport, our home is easy to reach. Set in a peaceful, friendly neighbourhood where you can experience everyday local life. We live close by and are always happy to help, while giving you complete privacy. A simple, comfortable space to relax, feel at home, and enjoy authentic Kerala hospitality. The space Vast area of parking spaces and a separate car porch under the shade too. Enter into a seating area , then the staircase and living room, where there is an open dining room. A total of 3 bedrooms, all of them with attached bathrooms! A dressing area for each bedroom and attached wardrobes and cupboards. Each bedroom has 2 bedside tables where double beds can be separated into single beds. An island kitchen, with appliances and facilities for everyday use. Spacious patios, both under the shade. Guest access Guests can use the whole area of the property fenced off. Other things to note No visitors will be allowed inside the gate without prior request from the person who has booked the resort and will be charged as an extra person. Important Warning: Risk in Bringing/ consuming alcohol is fully on the guests and resort management will not be responsible for any consequences. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOMS. NO DJ PARTY or Sound System with speakers over 80W. FIRECRACKERS are PROHIBITED. No visitors will be allowed after 10.00pm Children above 10 years will be considered as one person. Tea, Coffee, Milk and Water will be available free of cost. Towels will be provided. Necessary Plates, Glass and spoons with essential utensils are available in the pantry area. Guests are responsible for any loss, damage to any items like bath room equipment, furniture and kitchen appliances during their stay and will be charged the cost of repair/replacement.
