Our house is quiet and close to nature on the sunny Danube south slope of Obernzell, with a wide view of the Danube valley. Walking and hiking trails start right outside the front door, inviting you to relax in nature. The Danube with its cycling and riverside paths offers ideal opportunities for extensive cycling tours or leisurely walks. The traditional center of Obernzell with shopping facilities can be reached downhill in about 15 minutes on foot. The space Arrive and feel-good! Whether an active vacation or a relaxing break - our vacation apartment is the ideal base to discover the beauty of the Danube Valley. Our cozy apartment (33 sqm) accommodates two people and has a separate entrance. It is accessible via a covered outside staircase and faces south. The combined living room and bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed, couch, armchair as well as satellite TV and radio. The open, fully equipped kitchen with dining area leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink and has a window. A garden terrace for your own use in a southwest location, adjacent to the apartment, invites you to relax and is highly appreciated by our guests. Bed linen and towels are of course provided, as well as a washing machine for free.
