Enjoy a stylish vacation home with heart for 2 people – time out for two & four-legged friends. Whether you just want to switch off, plan romantic days for two or enjoy your vacation with your dog: With us you will find the perfect place for your time out. Nature, comfort and a lot of attention to detail. The space Living space: about 80 m² on two floors – ideal for up to 2 people. 3-4 people on request and only possible without bed linen/towels etc. Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, 2 freezer compartments, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and cozy dining area. Living room: With TV, Netflix, game collection, reading corner and underfloor heating. Bedrooms: Two rustic bedrooms with visible wooden beams upstairs – rustic and cozy. Wall heating. Bathroom: shower, toilet and in addition a guest toilet with washer-dryer. Extras: High-speed Wi-Fi, non-smoking house, pets allowed on request, parking directly by the house. Rose garden: Romantically designed with seating areas to linger – ideal for breakfast in the countryside or a glass of wine in the evening. Gas grill. From the kitchen, access to the terrace & garden. Location: Central in Kottenheim, 2 minutes' walk to the supermarket, bakery and butcher shop. Hiking trails start on the outskirts. Near the Vulkanbrauerei brewery and Laacher See with Maria Laach Abbey. The Nürburgring is only 20 minutes away by car. Bürresheim Castle and the Genovevaburg in Mayen are in the immediate vicinity. Guest access We will provide you with a number code that gives you access to the vacation home. This allows you to arrive from 3 pm whenever you like. Other things to note No smoking house! Deposit when booking 60% - Final payment 14 days before arrival. Pets: 1-2 dogs on request. There is an additional 10 euros/night/dog. We would like to point out in advance that dogs are not allowed on the couch or in bed. For this we have a large dog bed for your furry friend, bowls and dog waste bags. Cats are possible by arrangement.
