Outdoor dining and lounge area for meals or unwinding in the fresh air. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, free parking, self check-in, washing machine, clothes steamer, and hairdryer. For peace of mind, the home is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, and first-aid kit. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including both floors, the outdoor dining and lounge area, and all shared amenities. Living rooms: Both living rooms are available for guests. Each features a smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, toys, and board games for family fun or quiet relaxation. Bedrooms: Four bedrooms are available — two adult bedrooms and two child-friendly bedrooms, ideal for families or groups. Sofa bed: The second-floor living room sofa can be converted into a sofa bed if additional sleeping space is needed. Kitchen & dining: Guests can use the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and the indoor and outdoor dining areas. Fitness & leisure: Treadmill, weights, and other fitness equipment are available, as well as the piano for music lovers. Outdoor spaces: Guests can enjoy the garden, seating, and dining area for meals or relaxing in the fresh air. Extras: Blankets, spare bedding, and towels are available in the second-floor cupboard as needed. Freshly painted walls: Please help us keep them clean and prevent children from drawing on the walls. Wash all used dishes; dishwasher items should be returned to cupboards, hand-washed items placed on the drying rack.
