The space The house is a modern home that was totally renovated in 2019. Everything is on one floor, with 160 sqm of usable area and a large, flat outdoor area. There is easy access to your own parking space. In addition, there is a separate apartment in the basement with its own entrance and patio. This is completely separate from the floor and outdoor area rented out via Airbnb. Guest access Parking outside the garage, and entrance on the backside of the house. Other things to note A family of five lives in the house, and we rent out the house during holidays and weekends when we are away. We have some personal belongings in the house when it is rented.
