Description
Welcome to Crookedwood Farm, a charming three-bedroom farmhouse set in the heart of the scenic Boyne Valley. Ideal for solo travellers, professionals, business people, touring bands or musicians seeking a peaceful, long-term stay. Surrounded by ancient trees and lush countryside, it's a serene place to live and work. Please note: the property is not suitable for children. Minimum stay: one month. The space Set within a beautifully reimagined former farm, this newly redecorated house offers a peaceful and inspiring setting for professionals, creatives, or anyone seeking longer-term accommodation in Ireland. Surrounded by mature gardens and open skies, the property provides a quiet, spacious living environment with a creative atmosphere. Once a working farm, the property has been thoughtfully transformed into a rural creative space. The agricultural sheds have been converted into bright, functional sound proofed studios used for band rehearsals, recording, photo shoots and video production and other creative projects—making it an ideal setting for artists-in-residence, remote workers, or anyone looking for a calm, productive base. The house itself features three generous, light-filled bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, chair, and large window fitted with Venetian blinds that look out onto the established garden. Whether you're working remotely, creating, or simply settling in for an extended stay, this tranquil home offers the space, comfort, and inspiration you need. Guest access Guests can access the farmhouse directly from the main road via the front gate, where ample parking is available. The property features a large, mature garden at the front, perfect for relaxing outdoors. To the rear of the house, you'll find a peaceful green space with a table and chairs—ideal for dining or unwinding in nature. Other things to note We’re Enda and Linda, and we live on a beautiful farm property that we’ve transformed into a creative hub. While the farm is no longer operational, the original outbuildings have been thoughtfully converted into rehearsal, recording, and photography studios where we run our business. The farmhouse is located right next to our home, providing a peaceful and inspiring setting. We're passionate about the outdoors, music, hiking, and gardening, and we love sharing our unique space with like-minded guests.
