Welcome to Casa di Mel, an authentic stone house located in Mel, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. This historic residence combines the charm of the ancient with modern comfort, offering a stay in a unique natural and cultural setting. The house, with original wooden floors, period furnishings and attention to detail, is ideal for families or small groups who want to explore the beauty of the Belluno Prealps and Dolomites, go hiking, visit historic villages or relax in the countryside. The space The house retains its original antique wooden floors, which tell the story of the dwelling and the passage of time. Walking around, you can feel the vibrations typical of period structures: a sign of its authentic character and the rustic charm that makes it unique. 🛏 Spaces and comforts: - Large bright living area with sofa bed - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop, full set of dishes, cooking accessories and TV - Private garden perfect for outdoor breakfasts or moments of relaxation - Free parking on the private property 🚫 To ensure maximum comfort and hygiene for all guests, pets are not allowed. 🚭 No smoking in the home 📍Just minutes from trails, lakes, Venetian villas, and UNESCO sites. Venice and Cortina d'Ampezzo are easily accessible by car or public transport. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which is located on the left of the main entrance hall. The entrance is independent and well signposted, to ensure privacy and freedom throughout the stay. Other things to note To comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, the sofa bed in the living area is available. Upon request, we can prepare it before your arrival, otherwise you will find the linen and instructions to set it up yourself. Inside the apartment, you will find useful information to make the most of the house: tips on how to use the spaces, appliances, separate collection, and suggestions for exploring the area. Please note that, as required by the Municipality of Borgo Valbelluna, the payment of the accommodation tax of €1 per person is required, up to a maximum of 10 nights.
