This helps prevent any leaks and keeps everything tidy. As the bins are collected by the QLD Government every Friday morning, if your stay includes a Thursday night, please wheel two bins out to the small road right in front of the house (not the main road) before Friday Morning. LOST KEYS/KEY USE ASSISTANCE 🔑 LOST KEYS & CALL-OUT FEES · A $500 penalty charge will apply individually if you do not return the full set of keys❗️ · A $100 call-out fee will apply if you lock yourself out of your property❗️ Please always remember to take your keys with you when you leave the apartment.
