Description

Private log cottage for summer and winter use located in the beautiful peninsula of lake Päijänne. With more than 200m of shore line and beautiful views across the lake. There is a separate barbecue hut overlooking the lake, three swimming piers and a carport for two cars. Village of Sysmä is 14 km and Lahti town 83 km away. Extras: Bedlinen and towels included for 8 persons. Logs are also included. The space The two-story log cabin is located on the shore of the clear-watered Päijänne lake at the tip of the island right by the water. Views of the evening sun from the terrace and barbecue canopy. A road has been built to the island and you can drive to the yard. The downstairs of the cottage was renovated in the spring of 2020. Downstairs there is an open kitchen, dining and living room and a small bedroom. Access to the bathroom with shower, toilet, sauna and dressing room via the terrace. Upstairs, there are four separate sleeping areas with doors, one of which is accessed via a balcony, and a small lobby. The cottage is equipped for at least 8 people. Guest access The property is private and rented in its entirety. The environment of the cottage is partly covered by lichen, which is why large dogs are not welcome.
