The space The house is composed as follows On the ground floor: As soon as you walk through the door, you will be seduced by the authenticity of its tiled floor🧱, which brings a touch of character to the whole. The fully equipped kitchen invites conviviality🍽️, with its glass-ceramic hob, manual coffee machine for a perfect coffee ☕ and everything you will need to prepare your meals🍳. The following amenities are also present: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven, hood, fridge and freezer. The living room forms a bright and comfortable space🛋️, ideal for meeting after a busy day. Guests can enjoy a movie night 🎬 in front of the TV, or stay connected with Wi-Fi 🌐. Separate toilets are available on the ground floor. ***First floor**** On the first floor, the bedroom is a haven of peace😴. With its precious cupboards, you can settle in comfortably. The 140 x 190 cm bed is perfect for restful nights🛏️, while the blackout curtains will ensure undisturbed sleep🌙. ***Second floor*** Access to the second floor is via a bit steep stairs (plan to take this into account🚶‍♂️), but the effort is worth it! A nice bathroom with towel dryer awaits you 🛁, for a relaxing break. The room is equipped with a sofa bed (Type BZ) and its closet, ideal for guests or children👶. A washing machine is also available for your use🧺. ***FREE OUTDOOR PARKING*** You can park easily thanks to the 3 parking spaces🚗, either in front of the house or in the nearby church square.
